Refund Policy & Session Boundaries

Effective Date: September 11, 2025

Thank you for choosing Astrolectual™ for your astrology services. To ensure fairness, professionalism, and respect for both of our time and energy, please review the following policies before booking.

Deposits & Payments

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date.

  • Payments are accepted via Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle only.

  • The remaining balance (if applicable) is due before your session begins.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations and reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • If you reschedule within the 48-hour window, your deposit will be applied toward your new appointment.

  • If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • No-shows forfeit the full deposit, and future bookings may be impacted.

  • You are allowed 2 courtesy reschedules. After that, a new deposit is required to book again.

Session Time & Grace Period

  • Each service has a set time limit. To maintain professionalism, I will not go over the allotted time. If you desire additional time, you must schedule another appointment.

  • A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After this, your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled at my discretion. Please communicate in advance if issues arise.

Boundaries During Sessions

  • All sessions are 1-on-1. Please do not bring guests, as I will not provide impromptu readings for others who may be present.

  • My role is to provide spiritual and educational guidance through astrology and related tools.

  • I am not a licensed psychologist, therapist, or medical professional. Because of this, I cannot hold space for conversations about suicide, rape, or plans to harm yourself or others. If these topics arise, I will need to end the session.

  • Your safety and well-being matter. If you are experiencing a crisis, please reach out to the resources that are equipped to support you right away:
